QIMA (AI), a global quality control and supplier compliance service provider, today announced the completion of its acquisition of GOAL, the Mexican leader for pre-customs clearance inspections (PEO, or Previo en Origen) services.
PEO services allow any company importing merchandise to Mexico to make customs clearance faster and smoother by performing an inspection at origin. Established in 2008 in Mexico, GOAL has built a leadership for PEO services, employing more than 180 staff globally and performing inspections in China, Vietnam and Indonesia for Mexican retailers, importers and freight forwarders.
The company also helps Mexican clients secure their supply chain with supplier audits and product inspections in factories.
