Inspection Sample Policy
It is standard QIMA policy to proceed with an inspection if no sample has reached the inspector by the inspection date, unless instructed otherwise.
How to Send Samples
We highly recommend you send approved samples of your product to serve as a reference for inspection.
To ensure customs clearance, include this pro forma invoice and write "Samples of no commercial value" and a declared value of $5 USD.

QIMA Sample Storage Policy
Please note that reference samples sent to QIMA are kept for a period of 6 months and then destroyed unless instructed otherwise.
